Welcome to our apartment in Jardines de Montemar – Benissa Costa

Our apartment is located in the popular and peaceful Jardines de Montemar in Benissa, a green and beautifully maintained complex near the coast between the charming village of Benissa and the lively coastal town of Moraira. Here you can enjoy privacy, comfort, and the true Costa Blanca feeling, far from mass tourism but with everything within easy reach. Moraira enjoys over 300 sunny days a year and, thanks to its mild subtropical climate, it's a wonderful place to stay year-round.

Our apartment is part of a small-scale complex with beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens and communal swimming pools where you can relax in peace and quiet. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas, including 1 children's pool, and there is also a wonderfully heated indoor pool, fully renovated in 2025, including a whirlpool and sauna. All these facilities can be used free of charge. The atmosphere is relaxed and well-maintained, ideal for couples, families or those seeking peace and quiet who appreciate comfort and quality. The apartment has 2 floors and a large south-facing terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. For those who love the shade, there is a large electric awning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has 2 electric gates and camera surveillance and only offers access to residents and tenants. The apartment also has its own parking space on the complex.

The apartment is rented fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and includes the obligatory linen package consisting of: bed linen, large and small bath towels, guest towel, beach towel and kitchen linen.
