Welcome to our flat in Jardines de Montemar – Benissa Costa

Our flat is situated in the popular and peaceful Jardines de Montemar in Benissa, a leafy and beautifully maintained complex close to the coast, between the charming village of Benissa and the lively coastal town of Moraira. Here you can enjoy privacy, comfort and that authentic Costa Blanca feel, far away from mass tourism yet with everything within easy reach. Moraira enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, thanks in part to the mild subtropical climate, it’s a lovely place to stay all year round.

Our flat is part of a small-scale complex with beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens and communal swimming pools where you can relax in peace and quiet. There are three outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas, including one children’s pool, and there is also a lovely heated indoor pool – fully renovated in 2025 – complete with a hot tub and sauna. All these facilities are available free of charge. The atmosphere is relaxed and well-maintained, ideal for couples, families or those seeking peace and quiet who appreciate comfort and quality. The flat is situated on the first floor and is accessible only via a flight of stairs. It comprises two floors and a large south-facing terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. For those who prefer the shade, there is a large electric awning. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The complex is equipped with two electric gates and CCTV, and access is restricted to residents and tenants only. The flat also has its own parking space within the complex. 

The flat is let fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and includes a compulsory linen package comprising: bed linen, large and small bath towels, guest towel, beach towel and kitchen linen.

Thanks to its convenient location, you’re just a few minutes away from the most beautiful bays of Benissa Costa, such as Playa de la Fustera, Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat, whilst Moraira, with its lively promenade, restaurants and beach, is also just a short drive away. At the same time, you’ll be staying in a peaceful residential area, with plenty of greenery and space, where you’ll wake up in the morning to sunshine and tranquillity.
